My Life 4 Less

Well this is my introduction---so I should make sure that it is good right? Let me introduce myself: My name is Marlene Armstrong, I am married to the wonderful Michael Armstrong, who puts up with more than any one man should! I have four children from the age of 8 to 17. Like most of you, from the outside everything looks great, on the inside we know that we are struggling to make ends meet.

I am a teacher at the local middle school and needless to say my take home pay is not the best, usually about $1,800 a month. My husband brings home about half of that. So I started thinking...there has to be other people out there that are doing it and how do they make it?

I have always been a deal shopper, and now I am going to keep a record of what I do and how I do it, including yummy recipes that I use to create meals from my coupon shopping. Most people will tell you that coupon shopping is not worth it--I'm here to tell you that if we did not coupon shop, we would not be eating!
